The site www.langiarte.com is destined to the commercialization of kitchen articles by the company MÁRIO BRITES FARIA, LDA., with headquarters at Rua Foros da Lameira 2330-515 Entroncamento - PORTUGAL, with the NIF 510 111 629 and under that number registered at the Commercial Register Conservatory of Entroncamento with the capital stock of 5.000 euros, hereinafter referred to as Langiarte. What are personal data
They are any information, of any nature and regardless of the respective support, related to a natural person, directly or indirectly, identified or identifiable (data owner).

Communications and commercial offers
Langiarte may make you commercial offers by e-mail, namely, discount vouchers, birthday offers, products viewed and for the evaluation of products purchased at Langiarte. In the case of sending an email, the sender Langiarte will be clearly identified and the nature of the communication will be indicated in the subject of the message. At the end of each message, you will have the possibility to cancel our emails.
Personal data retention period
Langiarte keeps personal data only for the period of time necessary, or for the fulfillment of obligations to which it is subjected by law. In any case, once the relationship with the owners of personal data is terminated, they will no longer be processed for commercial purposes.

Sharing of personal data
Your personal data may be processed by companies subcontracted by Langiarte, in particular for website hosting, e-mail, carriers (CTT Expresso, GLS) and payment system companies; your bank details are not passed on to Langiarte. These companies are only provided with the personal data necessary to provide the service in question.
