    The Customer may place his order online, at, by e-mail, telephone/fax 249 094 354 or in person in our Stores.

    To finalize your order the Customer must provide personal data, such as your Customer number and your name, address, postal code, city, telephone, email, VAT number, etc. To do this, the Customer must fill in all the mandatory fields of the user registration for this purpose.

    By placing his or her order, the Customer expresses his or her full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of sale, the prices and the description of the products contemplated in this transaction. These general terms of sale will be the only ones applicable between the two parties.

    Once 5 calendar days have passed since the order was placed and if we have not received any payment, the order will be cancelled. Payments can only be processed if the information to be used for billing can be verified.

    If the product is not available Langiarte will inform the customer and reimburse any amount paid within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the unavailability.

    Any dispute on this last point will be solved through an exchange of information and with the guarantees mentioned below.

    • Tracking your Order:

    To track the status of your order, the Customer may check its status in the My Orders menu, contact Langiarte's Customer Service at 249 094 354 Monday through Friday from 10:30am to 1:30pm and 3pm to 7pm, except Sundays and holidays or send an email to

    • Delivery

      The delivery of the orders can be made:

      • In one of our Stores - Langiarte - (without delivery costs): Your order is treated as priority and you will receive a notice by e-mail informing you that your order is already available in the selected store, (keep your data updated). Proceed to the pick up, within a maximum of 15 days, accompanied by a valid Identification Document and the respective proof of purchase or order.
      • At your home - Cost of service: All shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase, after entering your zip code. We ship to the entire European Union, with a few exceptions. If your location is not available, please contact us at to check shipping possibilities. Free shipping for orders over 30€ (Portugal Continental). The order is delivered to your home at the address in our database. If you are not at the address you gave us, we will contact you by phone to arrange delivery or we will leave you a notice with which you can reschedule the delivery of your order. IMPORTANT: Home delivery cannot be made to P.O. boxes.

      • Other address - Cost of service: contact us for more information: Langiarte will deliver your order wherever you want. You only need to indicate the desired address in the online order form.

      A delivery is considered made or a product is considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed at the agreed address.

      Inspection at time of delivery

      Upon delivery, the customer should inspect the package for any damage. If you find that the products are damaged, you should not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. Langiarte will refund all shipping and handling fees once the warehouse has received and completed the return process.

      After receiving the order it is important that the client verifies the delivered products in a period of 15 days, because Langiarte considers that the client accepted the product(s) if he doesn't reject it in this period.

      Returns & Cancellations

      The Customer may cancel his order at any time until its delivery, and will be entitled to a refund of all amounts paid, except for the shipping costs of the order. From receipt of the order by the Customer, the Customer may exercise its right of free withdrawal under the terms legally provided for and indicated below, namely in Decree Law No. 24/2014 of February 14.

      Non-payment of the order within 10 (ten) days following the date on which it was definitely placed implies automatic cancellation of the order.

      In accordance with the provisions of Decree Law No. 7/2004 of January 7 (as amended by Decree Law No. 62/2009 of March 10 and Law No. 46/2012 of August 29) on electronic commerce, Langiarte reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order when there is a programming error, malfunction of Langiarte's computers as well as if the contract proposal arrives deformed at its destination and the error affects an essential element of the contract.

      In order to exercise his right of free resolution, the Client must communicate, in any Langiarte store or in the Customer Service, his decision to terminate the present contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail).

      If you wish, you may also fill in and submit electronically the model free withdrawal form or any other unequivocal declaration of withdrawal via the website If you make use of this possibility, Langiarte will send you within 24 (twenty-four) hours, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal request.

      In order to respect the period of free resolution, it is sufficient that your communication concerning the exercise of the right of free resolution is sent to Langiarte before the expiration of the resolution period.

      These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by the Client in the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed between the parties; in any case, the Client does not incur any costs as a consequence of such refund.

      Langiarte hereby informs you that it may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods, or until the customer provides proof of shipment of the goods, whichever occurs first.

      The client must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day he/she informed Langiarte of the free termination of the contract, this period will be respected if the client returns the goods before the expiration of this 14 (fourteen) days.

      The Customer must bear the full cost of returning the goods in case of exercise of the right of free termination of the contract, in the case of return of goods that by their nature cannot be returned normally by mail, the Customer must bear the direct costs of that return which are associated with the shipping costs that are listed in the table of shipping costs of orders.

      If the Client wishes to exchange articles, he/she can go to any Langiarte store, or contact the Customer Support, which will provide all the information about the exchange process. The Client should not, in any case, send the articles to Langiarte without a previous contact, because they will not be received.

      When returning or exchanging articles the client must respect the following conditions:

      Return of the articles in good condition, with complete original packaging and accompanied by the respective original invoice;

      The telephone support services hired by the Customers are not liable to reimbursement of the amounts paid;

      After contact with Customer Support and be given the return instructions, you can send us the item properly packed, with original packaging to the following address:

      All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and will only be accepted for exchange or return those that respect the return conditions.

      In case of return, if the client chooses to be refunded, Langiarte informs that:

      The refund is made by the same means of payment or in Langiarte gift check, according to the will manifested by the Client. In case of return of an article paid with Gift Check, the value will be reimbursed through a new sending of Langiarte Gift Check. In case of payment by ATM, Langiarte will ask the client to provide a Bank Identification Number (IBAN) so the return can be done faster.

      In the eventuality of having received damaged articles or with technical problems, Langiarte will schedule the collection of those articles at the place you indicate us, in the same area of the original order, without any charges for the client.

      The reimbursement or exchange will only be done after the verification of the product's condition.

      Langiarte reserves the right not to accept items that do not meet these conditions.

      Order cancellation before shipping

      The customer can cancel an order, as long as it has not yet been sent. If the customer makes an order and wants to cancel it, he must first check the status of the order through the My Orders menu at the bottom of the main page of the site. And if the order status mentions "Registered" there is a possibility that it can still be cancelled. However, the customer should contact our Customer Service and ask for the cancellation of his order. Only after this procedure is it possible for our Customer Service Department to request our warehouse to cancel the order.

      If the cancellation request is successful, the customer will be notified by e-mail of this decision and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the customer. If the cancellation request is not possible, the products will be sent to the customer, who, in case he maintains his intention to cancel the order, should refuse to receive them. The products will be returned and, after reception, the chargeback will be processed.

      Return of defective products

      The customer has the right to return delivered products if they are found to have defects or other non-conformities with the products ordered. The return can be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your complaint is justified, the price and shipping costs will be refunded. For more information on how to proceed with the return and information on the chargeback, please consult the FAQ's section of the site or the My return credits menu in the Customer Area of the site (My account).

      Return of products due to withdrawal

      If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you ordered you can return them within 14 days after the delivery date (if the end of the period is a holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next working day), provided that:

      • The products have not been washed or used (unless the product contains information to the contrary, the customer has the right to try them on to test the size and shape, but cannot use them, just as if they were in a physical store);
      • The product retains its original features and the packaging is undamaged (carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged);
      • The product is complete (e.g. both items of a pair have to be returned);

      Returning gifts

      Currently it is not possible for a person who received a product as a gift from another person to return it. In this case, to return it, you should contact the person who bought it, so that they can return it

      Product exchange

      Currently it is not allowed to exchange products, only exchange by size or color. However, the customer has the option of returning products. If you want to order another color or another article you will have to make a new order in the online store.

      Return information

      In case your return is justified by a defect or non-conformity with the ordered products, Langiarte will pay for the return shipping costs. If your return is not based on a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, Langiarte will not refund the shipping costs. However, when making a return you will be using our shipping provider. As the costs incurred by Langiarte to make the return are equal to the shipping costs, Langiarte will not refund the shipping costs initially incurred by the customer for their order.

      Refunds will be made based on the method of payment. If the customer has paid by ATM*, credit card or cash** it is necessary that the customer gives his bank details to our Customer Support at the time he initiates the refund process. In the case of a check, the refund will only occur after good collection (of the same), being also necessary information of the account to credit. This information is necessary so that we can proceed with the refund (reversal) of the money to your account. The customer will receive the refund after the product(s) have been returned and processed.

    • Payment

      Langiarte offers the Client several payment methods:

      • Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard): The data of the order and your card will be sent, properly encrypted, to the banking entity on the date of your order. Only after validation and communication from your bank, the order will be processed.
      • ATM: The Customer will pay a lump sum corresponding to the costs of handling the order. The additional charges are composed of fixed expenses as a share in the packaging and shipping costs and optional expenses in case you choose the payment method upon receipt of the order, unless you benefit from a special offer that will exempt you from such payment.
      • MBWAY: The Customer will pay a lump sum corresponding to the costs of handling the order. The additional expenses are composed of fixed costs as a share in the packaging and shipping costs and optional expenses in case you choose the payment method upon receipt of the order, unless you benefit from a special offer that will exempt you from such payment.
      • Bank Transfer: The Customer will pay a lump sum corresponding to the costs of handling the order. The additional expenses are composed of fixed costs as a share in the packaging and shipping costs and optional expenses in case you choose the payment method upon receipt of the order, unless you benefit from a special offer that will exempt you from such payment.

      You must send within 48 hours the respective proof of payment to

      • Paypal: If you choose this payment method you will be redirected to the PayPal system to make the payment. Enter your e-mail (or other identifier) and password. After clicking "Login" confirm your data and continue to make the payment.

      Reservation of Ownership

      Langiarte retains ownership of the company's products until it has received full payment for all such products.

      Payment Security

      The store uses one of the most robust security technologies among available encryption platforms.

      Your payment information will be encrypted from the moment you enter until your transaction is processed and will not be stored on a public server. Although we use encryption software, the security of information and payments transmitted over the Internet or via email cannot be guaranteed. Langiarte shall not be liable for any damages suffered as a result of the use of electronic means of communication including, but not limited to, damages arising from failure or delay in the delivery of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for communications or virus transmissions.

    • Prices

      Prices are to be understood in euros, taxes and fees included. The prices shown take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the type of VAT applicable will be reflected in product prices. After this date, prices may be modified at any time.

      Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Langiarte declines any responsibility for any errors published on the Site. During the treatment of your order any price error that may be presented on the site due to technical anomalies will be detected. In this situation the client will be contacted. If the price of the product displayed on the Site is actually lower, the difference is returned. If the price is higher, the customer will be contacted and may accept or cancel the order.

    • guarantees

      Langiarte does not sell second hand, defective or inferior quality products. The main characteristics of each product shown on can be found on each product page.

      The products offered for sale on Langiarte's site may not exactly match the actual apparel in terms of image and colors due to the internet browser and monitor used.

      All products have an identification label. Please do not remove the label from your purchased product if you wish to return it.

      Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, Langiarte has the right not to accept the return of products that are returned without the label or that have been altered from their original condition or damaged.

      All items can be exchanged or refunded except those that have a statement to the contrary and when kept in their original packaging without being opened or damaged (see 5.2 - Returns & Cancellations).

      The exchange or refund request must be made within 15 (fifteen) days after the reception date.

      In case of exchange, if the new order has a higher cost, the customer will have to pay the difference, adding to the exchange request the payment of the remaining amount or making it when picking up the new order.

      In the case of a refund request of an article bought with a reduced price, due to a special offer, Langiarte will refund the amount effectively paid by the User and not the totality.

      The exchange of articles of intimate use cannot be made in certain cases according to the law.

      In all cases, all the exchange or refund request must be done by post to Langiarte (address), or you can send us your return through a Langiarte Store, filling the PDF form (on the site) (with name, complete address, telephone, email, client number, order number, invoice number and indicating the references of the articles and the reasons of the return) and attaching it to the return.       All items are covered by a contractual warranty, without prejudice to the legal warranty.

      The legal guarantee also applies to any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging.

      The costs with the return or collection of the articles within the period of the guarantee, will be supported by Langiarte.

    • Responsibility

      For all the access steps to the Site, from the order process, to the delivery or the subsequent services, Langiarte only has an obligation of means. Langiarte excludes all guarantee and any responsibility for the inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet network, in particular, a service disruption, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any case of force majeure so classified by the jurisprudence of the courts, to the extent permitted by the applicable law.

      The items sold are described and presented on the Site as accurately as possible. If, despite all of our precautions, errors occur on the Site or in Langiarte's catalogs, Langiarte will not be held responsible. Except in the case of a guarantee, any transaction between Langiarte and its Customers, which is not contested within 6 months, will not be subject to any claim.
