Exchanges & Returns

  • Order

    The Customer may place his order online, at www.langiarte.com, by e-mail encomendas@langiarte.com, telephone/fax 249 094 354 or in person in our Stores.


    To finalize your order the Customer must provide personal data, such as your Customer number and your name, address, postal code, city, telephone, email, VAT number, etc. To do this, the Customer must fill in all the mandatory fields of the user registration for this purpose.

    You can also do this as a visitor, where you will have to provide your billing and shipping details.


    By placing an order, the Customer expresses their full and complete acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale, the prices and the description of the products included in this transaction. These general terms and conditions of sale will be the only ones applicable between the two parties.

    Once 10 calendar days have passed since the order was placed and no payment has been received, the order will be cancelled. Payments can only be processed if the information to be used for invoicing can be verified.


    Any dispute on this last point will be solved through an exchange of information and with the guarantees mentioned below.


    • Tracking your Order:

    To track the status of your order, the Customer may check its status in the My Orders menu, contact Langiarte's Customer Service at 249 094 354 Monday through Friday from 10:30am to 1:30pm and 3pm to 7pm, except Sundays and holidays or send an email to clientes@langiarte.com.


    • Delivery

      The delivery of the orders can be made:


      • At your home - Cost of service: All shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase, after entering your zip code. We ship to the entire European Union, with a few exceptions. If your location is not available, please contact us at clientes@langiarte.com to check shipping possibilities. The order is delivered to your home at the address in our database. If you are not at the address you gave us, we will contact you by phone to arrange delivery or we will leave you a notice with which you can reschedule the delivery of your order. IMPORTANT: Home delivery cannot be made to P.O. boxes.


      • Other address - Cost of service: contact us for more information: Langiarte will deliver your order wherever you want. You only need to indicate the desired address in the online order form.


      A delivery is considered made or a product is considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed at the agreed address.




      Inspection at time of delivery



      En el momento de la entrega, el cliente debe inspeccionar el embalaje para comprobar si presenta daños. Si se comprueba que los productos están dañados, el cliente no debe aceptar la entrega del pedido en el momento de la entrega, que será devuelto. Langiarte reenviará un nuevo pedido o reembolsará las cantidades pagadas por el pedido y el transporte una vez que el almacén haya recibido y completado el proceso de devolución.

      Tras la recepción del pedido, es importante que el cliente compruebe los productos entregados en el plazo de 14 días, ya que Langiarte considera que el cliente ha aceptado el/los producto/s si no lo rechaza en este plazo.




      Returns & Cancellations


      The following terms and conditions only apply to purchases made at www.langiarte.com.

      The Customer may cancel their order at any time until it is delivered, with the right to a refund of all sums paid, except for the cost of transporting the order. Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, he/she may exercise his/her right of withdrawal under the terms legally provided for and indicated below, namely in Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14.


      Failure to pay for the order within 14 (ten) days of the date on which it was definitively placed will result in its automatic cancellation.

      Under the terms of Decree-Law no. 7/2004 of January 7 (as amended by Decree-Law no. 62/2009 of March 10 and Law no. 46/2012 of August 29) on electronic commerce, Langiarte reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, a malfunction in Langiarte's computers or if the contractual proposal arrives at its destination deformed and the error concerns an essential element of the contract.

      In order to exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must communicate via email clientes@langiarte.com or WhatsApp customer service +351 927 746 105 (cost of sending to mobile network, according to their tariff plan). If you make use of this option, Langiarte will send it to the Customer within 24 (twenty-four) working hours.

      In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be sent to Langiarte before the withdrawal period expires.


      Langiarte hereby informs you that it may withhold reimbursement until it has received the returned goods, or until the customer provides proof that the goods have been sent, whichever occurs first.

      The Customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Customer informed Langiarte of the free termination of the contract, which shall be deemed to have been complied with if the Customer returns the goods before the expiry of this 14 (fourteen) day period.

      The Customer must bear the full cost of returning the goods in the event of exercising the right to freely withdraw from the contract. In the case of the return of goods which by their nature cannot normally be returned by post, the Customer must bear the direct costs of said return which are associated with the shipping costs set out in the order dispatch cost table.

      Items must be returned in good condition, with the original packaging and label complete, accompanied by the original invoice;
      Under no circumstances should the Customer send the items to Langiarte without having made prior contact, as they will not be received. You can do this by emailing clientes@langiarte.com or by using the WhatsApp customer service number +351 927 746 105 (shipping costs for mobile networks, depending on your tariff plan).


      The telephone support services hired by the Customers are not liable to reimbursement of the amounts paid;

      After contact with langiarte.com Customer Support and be given the return instructions, you can send us the item properly packed, with original packaging to the following address:

      All items will be checked on arrival at our service and will only be accepted for exchange or return if they comply with the return conditions.

      Refunds will be made by the same means of payment, except when the technical conditions do not allow it, or by Langiarte gift check, according to the customer's wishes. If an item paid for by Gift Certificate is returned, the amount will be refunded by sending a new Langiarte Gift Certificate. In the case of payment by Multibanco, Langiarte asks the Customer to provide a NIB so that the return can take place more quickly.

      In the event that you have received damaged items or items with technical problems, Langiarte will arrange for them to be collected from the location you indicate, in the same area as the original order, at no cost to you.

      Refunds or exchanges will only be made once the condition of the product has been checked.




      Order cancellation before shipping


      The customer can cancel the order as long as it has not yet been shipped. If the customer places an order and wishes to cancel it, they should first check the status of the order via the My Orders menu at the bottom of the site's home page. If the status of the order says "Registered", there is a possibility that it can still be canceled. However, the customer must contact our Customer Service and ask for the order to be canceled. Only after this procedure can our Customer Service Department ask our warehouse to cancel the order.

      If the cancellation request is successful, the customer will be notified by e-mail of this decision and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the customer. If the cancellation request is unsuccessful, the products will be sent to the customer who, if they still wish to cancel the order, must refuse to accept them. The products will be returned and, upon receipt, a refund will be processed.




      Return of defective products


      The customer has the right to return the delivered products if they are found to be defective or otherwise non-compliant with the products ordered. Returns must be made as soon as possible.

      To do so, you should contact us via email clientes@langiarte.com or via WhatsApp customer service +351 927 746 105 (shipping cost for mobile network, according to your tariff plan). If your complaint is justified, the price and shipping costs will be refunded.




      Return of products due to withdrawal


      If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you can return them within 14 days of the delivery date (if the deadline falls on a public holiday, the deadline will be extended to the first working day after), provided that:

      • The products have not been washed or used (unless the product contains information to the contrary, the customer has the right to try them on to test the size and shape, but cannot use them, just as if they were in a physical store);
      • The product must have the original labels;
      • The product retains its original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged);
      • The product is complete (e.g. both items in a pair must be returned);




      Returning gifts


      Currently it is not possible for a person who received a product as a gift from another person to return it. In this case, to return it, you should contact the person who bought it, so that they can return it




      Product exchange

    • Payment

      Langiarte offers the Client several payment methods:


      • Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard): The data of the order and your card will be sent, properly encrypted, to the banking entity on the date of your order. Only after validation and communication from your bank, the order will be processed.
      • ATM: The Customer will pay a lump sum corresponding to the costs of handling the order. The additional charges are composed of fixed expenses as a share in the packaging and shipping costs and optional expenses in case you choose the payment method upon receipt of the order, unless you benefit from a special offer that will exempt you from such payment.
      • MBWAY: The Customer will pay a lump sum corresponding to the costs of handling the order. The additional expenses are composed of fixed costs as a share in the packaging and shipping costs and optional expenses in case you choose the payment method upon receipt of the order, unless you benefit from a special offer that will exempt you from such payment.
      • Bank Transfer:  The Customer will pay a lump sum corresponding to the costs of handling the order. The additional costs are made up of fixed costs such as a share of packaging and shipping costs and optional costs if you choose the payment method on receipt of the order, unless you benefit from a special offer that exempts you from this payment.

        You must send proof of payment within 48 hours to clientes@langiarte.com. Once this has been confirmed, the order will be dispatched.

      • Paypal: If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal system to make the payment. Enter your e-mail address (or other identifier) and password. After clicking on "Login", confirm your details and proceed to make the payment. This payment method has an additional fee charged by the operator itself.




      Reservation of Ownership


      Langiarte retains ownership of the company's products until it has received full payment for all such products.




      Payment Security


      The www.langiarte.com store uses one of the most robust security technologies among available encryption platforms.

      Your payment information will be encrypted from the moment you enter until your transaction is processed and will not be stored on a public server. Although we use encryption software, the security of information and payments transmitted over the Internet or via email cannot be guaranteed. Langiarte shall not be liable for any damages suffered as a result of the use of electronic means of communication including, but not limited to, damages arising from failure or delay in the delivery of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for communications or virus transmissions.





    • Prices

      Prices are to be understood in euros, taxes and fees included. The prices shown take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the type of VAT applicable will be reflected in product prices. After this date, prices may be modified at any time.



      Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Langiarte declines any responsibility for any errors published on the Site. During the treatment of your order any price error that may be presented on the site due to technical anomalies will be detected. In this situation the client will be contacted. If the price of the product displayed on the Site is actually lower, the difference is returned. If the price is higher, the customer will be contacted and may accept or cancel the order.




    • Guarantees

      Langiarte does not sell second-hand, defective or substandard products. The main characteristics of each product shown on www.langiarte.com can be found on each product page.

      The products offered for sale on the Langiarte website may not correspond exactly to the actual garment in terms of image and colors, due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
      All products have an identification label. Do not remove the label from the product if you wish to return it.

      All items can be exchanged or refunded unless otherwise stated and when kept in the original packaging without it being opened or damaged (see Returns & Cancellations section).

      All items benefit from a contractual guarantee, without prejudice to the legal guarantee.

      The legal guarantee also applies to non-conformities caused by the packaging.


    • Responsibility

      For all the access steps to the Site, from the order process, to the delivery or the subsequent services, Langiarte only has an obligation of means. Langiarte excludes all guarantee and any responsibility for the inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet network, in particular, a service disruption, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any case of force majeure so classified by the jurisprudence of the courts, to the extent permitted by the applicable law.



      The items sold are described and presented on the Site as accurately as possible. If, despite all of our precautions, errors occur on the Site or in Langiarte's catalogs, Langiarte will not be held responsible. Except in the case of a guarantee, any transaction between Langiarte and its Customers, which is not contested within 6 months, will not be subject to any claim.
