BREAST Contour: Measure the circumference around the breast at the area of greatest volume (over the nipple), without squeezing. Check your size on our chart, breast contour section.
BACK Contour: Measure the circumference just below the chest. The tape measure should be tight but comfortable. Check your size on our chart, back contour section.
