CHEST Contour: The chest circumference is measured in an upright position with arms relaxed at the sides of the body and palms facing the thighs. Pass the meter just above the chest and under the armpits.
WAIST Circumference: The waist circumference, between the hips and the back, is measured in an upright position, at the narrowest point, with the abdomen relaxed and breathing normally.
HIP Circumference: The hip circumference is measured standing at buttock height, at the widest point, keeping the meter horizontal.
