CHEST Contour: Measure the widest point of the chest, placing the tape measure close to the body, checking that it is well aligned with the back.
WAIST Circumference: The waist circumference, between the hips and the back, is measured in an upright position, at the narrowest point, with the abdomen relaxed and breathing normally.
HIP Circumference: The circumference of the hip is measured standing at buttock height, at the widest point, keeping the meter horizontal.
